Jim is an accomplished business leader, with a proven background driving growth for marketing agencies, and providing marketing strategy and product launch services for a Fortune 1000 clientele.

Jim’s academic focus in broadcast journalism, with a research emphasis on group communication has furthered his ability to build and motivate teams of disparate, diverse, high achieving people. He has exceeded goals in every venture that he has pursued.

Kathy Kiss oversees CENTURION’s investigative operations. Kathy directs CENTURION’s network of experienced Investigators and acts as liaison with law enforcement agencies.

Kathy is a proven law enforcement professional with over thirty years of experience with the Chicago Police Department, including nearly two years as the Department's liaison with the Illinois Department of Corrections. She is an excellent communicator with exceptional organizational skills. Kathy has experience collaborating with local, state and federal agencies on numerous joint operations. She has also provided personal security for foreign and domestic diplomats visiting Chicago from all over the world. As a result, Kathy is able to interact effectively at all social levels and across diverse cultures.

In her free time Kathy runs a non-profit animal rescue and advocates for the rights of animals and harsher sentencing for animal crimes.
